NSW Government regulations (Covid-19) from 1st April 2021

CLIENT CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

NSW GOVERNMENT HEALTH orders require proof of double vaccination for Covid-19, or have a written exemption from NSW Health and your doctor, mandatory wearing of Masks and signing in with Service NSW QR code or Concierge Form.

Provide proof of full Vaccination for Covid-19.
Use hand sanitiser on entry to the Salon. (Sanitiser also provided at each workstation)
A mask must be worn at all times while in the Salon as stipulated by the NSW Government and NSW Health, unless you have a written exemption from the doctor. (Spare masks available from reception)
Sign in with Service NSW QR code or Concierge Form.

You will need to reschedule your appointment if :
* You are not FULLY vaccinated against Covid-19.
* You have been in LGA’s of concern, or in contact with anyone who has been in a Hotspot or returned from overseas in the past week.
* You are currently in quarantine or self isolation for Covid-19.
* You have been in contact with anyone who has been confirmed with having Covid–19.
* You are awaiting a test result for Covid-19.
* You do not wear a mask, you must have a written exemption from your doctor and NSW Health.
* You have been to a mass gathering in the past week, of more than the maximum number stipulated by NSW Health.
